Shipping Fee:

We partner with trusted carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, for shipping. Opting for Expedited shipping at $28 ensures selection between DHL or FedEx, guaranteeing delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Alternatively, Standard Shipping, priced at a lower rate, utilizes carriers like EMS, USPS, or DHL-eCommerce, with an estimated delivery time of 8 to 12 business days.

*Please note that for returns unrelated to quality or shipping issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, charged by the shipping service provider, as well as the transaction fee for the refund, charged by PayPal.

We currently provide shipping to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Italy, Japan, Czechia, Ireland, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Yemen . Shipping to other countries is not available at the moment.

Order Verification:

Upon confirming your order, our verification process promptly commences. Due to this efficiency, making changes or canceling your order becomes challenging. Nevertheless, we strive to accommodate your requests whenever possible.

Processing Time:

Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Keep in mind that this duration excludes holidays and weekends.

Shipping Details:

  • For shipments, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to reach you. Refer to the table below for estimated shipping times to international destinations.
  • We operate on Eastern Standard Time, EST. Business days begin the day following your order placement. In case of weekends or public holidays, business days extend to the next valid business day.
  • Shipping time is calculated from the shipping date, not the order placement date. Occasionally, it may exceed the expected delivery date due to factors like an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your package doesn't arrive within the stipulated time, contact us within 1 month of shipment. Our dedicated representative will respond within 24 hours. Please be aware that overdue requests may not be accommodated.
  • Certain countries, especially in Europe (such as Germany, Italy, the UK, and Canada), may require payment of duties or VAT according to your country's regulations. Our product prices already include taxes, and customers don't need to make additional tax payments.
  • Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
