Oluv is committed to providing our customers with quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, we offer the following return and refund policy:

 

3-Day Unconditional Return:

We understand that assessing a product's fit to your expectations is challenging until you physically receive it. To ensure your satisfaction, we allow hassle-free returns within the first 3 days of receiving the product. If the item doesn't suit your style or expectations, you can confidently return it without any extra fees.

Eligibility:

  • Unconditional returns within 3 working days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and freebies/giveaways you get along with your order intact.
  • Customized items are not eligible for the 3-Day Unconditional Return.

Return Process:

  • Initiate returns by contacting us at support@oluvjewelry.com with the subject "3-Day Unconditional Return."
  • Provide order number and name.
  • Upon confirmation, we will provide the return address.
  • Return the item within 5 working days of receiving the return address.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds returned to the original payment method.
  • If a gift card/discount voucher was used, the actual payment amount will be refunded via PayPal, and the gift card/discount voucher will be recharged accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Full Return & Refund within 30 Days (OLUV Jewelry covers return shipping and replacement costs)

  • Incorrect orders or products received.
  • Damaged or poor-quality items (You can also exchange with the same or equal-value product).

Limited 30-Day Exchange Policy (Customer covers return shipping and replacement costs)

  • Incorrect sizing.
  • Personal reasons such as changes in taste, change of mind, or failure to read detailed descriptions.

Not applicable for return/exchange within 30 days:

  • Items damaged due to prolonged exposure to corrosive liquids or chemicals.
  • Damage due to incorrect use or maintenance.
  • Gradual oxidation of silver jewelry.
  • Modified, carved, or resized items.
  • Customized items are not eligible for the Return & Exchange Policy.

Return & Exchange Process:

  • Provide order number, name, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Upon confirmation, we will provide the return address.
  • Return the item within 5 working days of receiving the return address.
